“Been here for 1/2yr now, Gabriella was amazing, she reassured me how great the community was her experience with the people and just the comfort of the home. I did, once I walked in immediately felt I was at home. She did great in helping me out to get through the paperwork and making sure move in day ran smoothly. Even a few months after when my daughter met her, my daughter calls her the “nice lady”. To hear that from my daughter is huge because she doesn’t approve of everyone, so this confirms the kind heart of Gabriella. The apartment community as a whole has been great, from the staff in the leasing office and 2 ladies who are the community event coordinators. They are welcoming and so kind, Kenzie and Amiee just giving the community the additional warmth and welcome that is appreciated as well, to each of their neighbors, and the fun events they plan that I know takes time and effort. With the few issues I had as far as maintenance they have responded swiftly and the job was done. The gym is kept up with, it may not be large but I think it’s just right. The apartments response when their is a concern raised, dealt with in a timely manner. The neighborhood that we are in is pretty calm. Fire department is some blocks down so you may hear sirens but it’s not deafening. Just to be aware if you hear sirens in the distance that is why. But in no way is it a noise complaint. No craziness in the area itself. Pretty safe, and their are a good amount of kids around, and the bus stops for the schools are not far. Also the public transport stop is also nearby if anything. With all of that it’s still a walkable neighborhood. It’s not a NEED for a car. Many scooters and e-bikes seem to always be close by lol. I thank God that this community has been a blessing😊.”

“I have lived in this community for 2.5 years. The management -mainly Shelby, Erika, Oscar and Tsolomon are very friendly and responsive for any in home work orders. Spacious Parking area and closer to all nearby amenities to grocery shopping and work location. I would recommend living in this apartments with good light, non smoking rules and less noise from surroundings. Spacious rooms helped us to work pleasantly during the pandemic times”
